01
Child Safety Initiative
The Child Safety Initiative (CSI) is a charitable effort to prevent cruelty to children and ensure their safety.
02
Collective Effort
CSI is a collection of people, companies, and organizations bound by the belief that every child deserves to be safe and live a life of meaning and well-being. Together, we design and support strategies that promote the physical, emotional, and psychological safety of children across the United States. Our initial efforts focus on Oklahoma—where 28.5% of children have had two or more Adverse Childhood Experiences (data).
03
Our Work
CSI equips the public with training and education to effectively recognize and report signs of abuse or neglect while fostering objective, bias-free reporting. By democratizing child safety education, we empower individuals to take an active role in protecting children, ensuring that reports are based on facts rather than assumptions and reducing the risk of unwarranted child welfare involvement.
04
Open Forum
Our Open Forums provide an interactive and engaging space to learn about child safety. Participants explore reporting procedures, state definitions of abuse and neglect, best practices, and bias awareness. Free and open to the public, these sessions encourage discussion while maintaining confidentiality, fostering community engagement, and promoting responsible, informed child safety practices.
